Building Bridges Across the Political Divide

Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 7:00p.m.
Join us for a special evening with Dr. Yehuda Stolov,
Executive Director of the Interfaith Encounter Association (IEA) in Jerusalem. The IEA is dedicated to promoting peace through interfaith dialogue and cross-cultural study and has done a remarkable job of bringing together Jews, Muslims, Christians, and Druze—men & women alike—to foster relationships that transcend political differences. The IEA believes that, rather than being a cause of the problem, religion can and should be a source of the solution for conflicts that exist in the region and beyond. Dr. Stolov will share with us how it is possible to develop meaningful personal relationships despite religious and political differences that in the Middle East especially, often seem impossible to reconcile.

This event is being co-sponsored by Congregation Hakafa, Congregation Solel, and Lakeside Congregation for Reform Judaism.
