REGISTRATION FOR 2010-2011 RELIGIOUS AND HEBREW SCHOOL
Registration forms and been mailed.  Please be sure to fill them out and return to the Lakeside office as soon as possible so that we will be able to plan another great year.
Our Goal

ClusterHebrew School is an integral part of religious education at Lakeside Congregation, and many students look forward to enrolling in this recommended program.  The main goal is to prepare our children for active participation in Jewish prayer.  Therefore, we provide students with the skills necessary for basic reading and writing of prayer book Hebrew, as well as some conversational Hebrew.  Hebrew School begins in the third grade.

All classes meet on Tuesdays from 4:00 - 5:45 pm.  Because Hebrew classes meet only once per week, our Hebrew School program is predicated on the assumption that students will do homework on a regular basis.

Students must be enrolled in our Religious School in order to be a part of the Hebrew program, and must be enrolled in both programs to be a candidate for Bar/Bat Mitzvah.
